What is AlphaDoc?

AlphaDoc is a Web-based platform for filing and sharing documents that are associated with a patient's electronic healthcare record (EHR). Practices use AlphaDoc to completely eliminate paper from medical record systems, and, to provide medical documents to patients in a timely and secure manner. Patients can also use AlphaDoc to view documents that are a part of their own medical records, and to download individual documents in a number of common electronic formats.
